Shipping of Pool Products
All orders are sent with tracking that will be emailed to you once the order has been sent.
Combining multiple items onto the same order can change the shipping window and shipping costs, especially if the other items are not available for immediate shipment. Any transit time is calculated in business days and does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holiday periods.
If your order is under $300* A flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Limited Regional & Remote Areas Policy*
Some products can only be shipped to certain states due to restrictions from the manufacturer or logistic partners. Should your order contain products that have restricted shipping, or cannot be shipped to you, please contact us to discuss alternative options.
Particular regions & postcodes across Australia (below) are defined as regional or remote by shipping carriers which will incur a shipping fee regardless of the spend on your order.
Carriers also define an order greater than 20KG as bulky which may have applicable shipping fees applied at checkout to any postcode across Australia.

Heavy, Bulky & Oversized Orders
Heavy, Bulky & Oversized Orders destined for Limited Regional & Remote Areas will incur an additional charge to your order. Additional delivery costs (e.g. tail unload) are covered by Splash Pool Supplies.
PO Boxes, Address changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified prior to dispatch, once an order has been sent, we can contact the carrier, but there is no guarantee a cancellation, or change or address will be completed. Once the order has been sent, you will be required to return the order to us via our returns process.
We accept no liability for any incorrect shipping addresses supplied by you and no refunds or secondary shipment costs will be offered or covered if further charges are required should you provide an incorrect shipping address.
Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require an additional business day to process prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via Australia Post. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box. If we cannot deliver to a PO Box you will be contacted for an alternative shipping address. Please use physical shipping addresses where possible when ordering to avoid this issue.
Express Shipping Policy
Selecting 'Express Shipping' does not move your order to the front of our que nor guarantee a delivery window. Selected express carriers will use the most efficient method of express transport (road or air) depending on the location; our transit times don't correspond to any specific shipping services. We will use the best carrier depending on the size of your order and destination of your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded for transit delays due to weather or issues outside of our control. Approx Transit time is always calculated in business days.
